Why do I see a message that a restaurant won’t deliver to me?
We deliver from restaurants within a 5km radius of your location. If you don’t see a restaurant, it may be outside of this delivery range.
When are you open?
FoodPluses operates from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
How can I view all available restaurants?
Enter your location and we’ll display all restaurants that can deliver to you.
How do I place an order?
1. Find your location: Enter your delivery address so we can show you restaurants nearby.
2. Pick your meal: Browse through restaurant options and select what you're craving.
3. Checkout: Enter your delivery details, choose your payment method, and provide your phone number.
Now, sit back and relax while your food makes its way to you!
Where is my order?
Once you place your order, the restaurant gets to work immediately. We’ll do our best to deliver on time, but delays can happen due to traffic or a high volume of orders. If your delivery takes longer than expected, feel free to reach out and we'll give you an update.
I have a voucher code, how can I use it?
During checkout, look for the voucher code field. Enter your code, and if it's valid, the discount will be applied. Remember, only one voucher per order! If it’s not working, contact us and we’ll help out.
What payment options are available?
We accept cash on delivery. You can either pay in cash, transfer, or with your card or online payments via secure methods like debit/credit card
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver in the following Lagos areas: Ikeja, Yaba, Ikoyi, VI, Gbagada, Ilupeju, Surulere, and Lekki. Expansion plans are underway, so stay tuned for more locations!
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the restaurant’s location and how busy they are. On average, expect to receive your order within 30-60 minutes.
What are the delivery fees?
Delivery costs vary by restaurant and distance. The closer the restaurant, the lower the fee. Check the delivery fee before confirming your order.
How do I cancel or change my order?
Call us immediately after placing the order. If the restaurant hasn’t started preparing your food, we’ll be able to modify or cancel it.
